I bought this pc for my son not thinking that $500 would allow much power for video games and i was luckily proven wrong! This PC is AWESOME! It plays all of the demanding games very smoothly, specifically Dirt2—-it is like you are watching a tv clip of real-life action than playing a video game.
I bought my other son a Compaq Presario CQ5110F Desktop PC in a similar price range and that pc is complete garbage when trying to play a video game as demanding as dirt2.
this is my second cyberpowerpc and teh first one is still running strong. I would HIGHLY recommend this model for gamers on a budget.

I ordered my cyberpower computer through amazon because I got free shipping opposed to ordering directly from the site. It was promptly delivered a day after ordering it off amazon, I hooked it up, and the video is no working. Now this is the fist time I have ever received a brand new computer that hasn’t worked, and I do understand that these things could happen, but dealing with cyberpower customer service has been a nightmare. It took over three calls to them to get ahold of a representative, when I did, he put me on hold about 10 seperate times. Because i didn’t order from the website directly, I don’t have a customer number, which i guess is an issue when dealing with them. The representative took down my name, number, and email address, saying that a technician would get in touch with me shortly and that a customer number would emailed to me within the hour. Neither happened. I have tried contacting them several times since then, but all I get is waiting music that after about 3 or 4 minutes turns into a voicemail system.
Needless to say, I will not be shopping with this company again, and if I don’t get any help shortly, I will be demanding a refund on this brand new computer that doesn’t work.

Received this unit on time and in great packaging. It runs quiet, smooth and perfect right out of the box. I would recommend this unit to anyone wanting the best bang for your buck!

I have had my computer for about a week now, and have had no problems. Its a great gaming rig for the money, and it can easily be upgraded.
